Refund Policy

We aim to provide high-quality services and a transparent refund process. This policy describes when refunds may apply for engagements with Blue Pixel Systems.

1. Custom Services & Development Projects

Custom development is billed against milestones agreed in writing. Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable because the work and resources have already been delivered.

If a project is paused or cancelled mid-milestone, we will issue a pro-rata refund for any unworked portion of that milestone, less any reasonable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.

2. Recurring Services & Subscriptions

Marketing retainers and managed services may be cancelled with 14 days' written notice. We do not pro-rate the current billing cycle once it has begun, but we will continue to deliver agreed work until the end of the period.

3. Refund Requests

To request a refund, email sales@BluPixelTech.com with your project name and reason for the request. We respond to all refund inquiries within 5 business days.

4. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with any deliverable, please contact us first. We are committed to working through concerns directly and reaching a fair resolution before any chargeback or dispute is initiated.

5. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
